Sensei Lester Ingber's Archive
Sensei Lester Ingber is an an alumnus of Japan Karate Association (JKA)/All American Karate Federation (AAKF) Instructor/Sensei School class of 1968 (the first JKA-AAKF class). We have been practicing many of his timing and distance drills in class. His website which is a treasure trove of Shotokan Karate (and which sensei has mentioned) can be found (here).
